The latest trend from Amtico

Amtico International’s industry-leading design team is mixing unassuming simplicity with the trend for urban materials in its latest flooring creation.

The new Amtico Composite range boasts a complex blend of particles, which gives the appearance of a poured resin or ceramic tile without the installation and maintenance issues associated with the real thing.

Unique colour variation in the particles of Composite creates depth and a soft, almost fabric-like appearance, while the addition of mica reflects the fashion for low-key sparkle, which bounces light back to the eye.

There are three products in the range. Calcium is a fresh, cool white with a soft grey cosmos of particles. It offers the pure clean look of a ceramic floor – which, being Amtico, is easy to maintain. Pair with warm woods and fashion colours, or stay sleek with whites and metals – Calcium is comfortable in either case.

Grey has been the biggest fashion story of the last year, Pumice plays its part with an instant hit of industrial chic. Neutral without being bland, the multi-layered stone effect shows off paler accessories and fixtures to perfection.

Flint is the darkest of the three colourways and has the natural good looks and stylish versatility of slate. The sparkly mica really glistens against the darkness, adding a cool highlight to the richness of the overall effect and making Flint the perfect partner for strong contemporary shapes.
