Thermal Underwear for Any Masonry Buildings

New Gyproc Soundcoat Plus is the perfect thermal underwear for any masonry building. A new formulation of the original quick-setting parge coat Gyproc Soundcoat, Soundcoat Plus seals air paths and cracks on all blockwork walls, now including aircrete blocks.

Buildings can lose up to 24% of their heat through cavity walls. Parging masonry walls, prior to drylining, is commonly used to improve thermal performance by limiting the amount of air that can leak into the cavity; through cracks, unfilled joints and block porosity. Quick and easy to apply by hand or spray, Gyproc Soundcoat Plus is a dry powder product which is simply mixed with clean water on site and then applied with a rough finish, without the need for significant training or specialist skills.
