Type of works: supply and installation of toughened-glass balustrades and stainless-steel handrails from B A Systems.

B A Systems 3D CAD facility has improved its ability to produce first-class products that fit first time. It’s use on this project, along with a highly experienced fitting team, enabled the company to install a glass balustrade in only 3 days.

Accurate three-dimensional drawings are produced from site surveys and rendered images are supplied along with drawings to help clients visualise the finished product at approval stage.

With the help of 3D CAD, B A Systems supplied and installed a 15mm toughened-glass balustrade, 50mm Ø satin-stainless steel handrails, offset to glass on elbow brackets, and a 50mm Ø stainless-steel boss fixing to a concrete plinth.
