Lomax + Wood has provided pproximately 60 made-to-order spring balanced sash windows for luxury properties in London. The properties are in an exclusive area of London with each selling at around £2 million pounds each.

In a competitive market place Lomax + Wood secured this contract through a mixture of quality and price. The Kensington & Chelsea sash windows were also required to meet the stringent design requirements of the local conservation officer who insisted on the use of timber sash windows.
