Timber Heritage Sash Windows
Westbury are incredibly proud of the quality and solid construction of our timber heritage sash windows. We employ both traditional joinery methods and modern technologies, using discreet modern innovations to ensure that the finished window looks beautiful and performs well.

Westbury sash windows give unique style, period authenticity and have traditional sightlines, but with modern spring balanced mechanism. An elegant addition to any new or old building, our sashes slide with a finger push.

All frames come with staff beads to form rebates and decorative horns externally as standard (unless otherwise stated). We employ modern wood profiling and precise manufacturing techniques giving a sharp edge, and use a dowelled connection, thus creating “the perfect flush joint”, opposed to V joints.

All windows shown are to metric brick bond sizes.

Windows and frame have three coats of paint prior to delivery. Cill rebated for window board (unless stated otherwise at time of order).

Our windows are;
• Factory glazed using dry drainage system.
• Brush seal to parting beads and meeting rails.
• Fully weather stripped with brush seals and foam weather seals.

NOTE: Care must be taken with decorating not to paintbrush seals.

Westbury offers a selection of options which can be manufactured to your exact requirements.

Timber Heritage Box Sash Windows
Our Heritage Box Sash Windows is our premium timber window, featuring a ‘weights and cords’ mechanism. It has been sympathetically designed to meet the needs and desires of architects, homeowners and conservation officers alike.

This traditionally styled sash window suits both new builds and renovation projects. Mouldings are respectful of classic sightlines, giving period authenticity to complement buildings with traditional architecture. The weight and cord mechanism reinforces that traditional feel, sliding with a single finger push.

Timber Heritage Casement Windows
With hundreds of conservatories to our name, Westbury feel we know something about casement windows. Our heritage casement window has promoted the use of mullions, which gives depth and the impression that the windows are an original feature.

We find most modern EJMA/stormproof windows fail to enhance the building they are in, as the lack of depth and style reflect poorly on the finish of the building; an essential element to the more discerning home-owner.

Unlike some so called “conservation windows” on the market, there are no machine grooves across the joints. Instead we employ modern wood profiling and precise manufacturing techniques giving a sharp edge, and use a dowelled connection, thus creating “the perfect flush joint”, opposed to V joints.

A draught excluder is fitted to the frame. Sashes can also be hung on painted pin hinges with a friction arm stay fitted into the head of the frame and sash.

Windows and frames have three coats of paint applied prior to delivery.

Timber Premier Casement Windows
The Westbury Premier Casement Window range have a simple profile and a modern look.

We are aware of the cost and the need to build to a budget, so we have addressed this requirement with this low cost windows range.

Double-glazed with a simpler profile giving a modern look, our economy new build timber windows are still made to the same high standards and with the same finish as our premium ranges.

Windows and frames have three coats of paint prior to delivery.
