A 6-bay modular building was acquired for Banbury-based builders merchant, UGS Limited, to meet the requirement for an accommodation solution for an office and sales counter at its new depot in Lowton, near Warrington, in the north-west of England.

Carl Parker, Transport and Yard Services Manager at UGS explains: "We needed to expand the business, and required an office and sales counter at our depot in Lowton which was within our budget. We looked at various build options and chose PK Accommodation because they offered value for money and a completion date that was within the time frame we had set."

The six units were delivered and sited in a day, and fitting out and finishing took a further two days. Mr Parker states: "The whole operation from enquiry to completion has been run efficiently and professionally."
