Thermogroup UK provided a bespoke set of Thermofoil PRO underlaminate foil heating mats with a custom output of 100W/m2 for an eight bed residential property on Hampstead Lane, London, N6.

This project was a complete renovation of a stunning exisitng property in the heart of North London’s exclusive N6 post code.

The client wanted electric underfloor heating throughout the property, however the property had a restricted power supply and needed an underfloor heating system that would provide the required heat and comfort regardless of the limited power supply.

Thermogroup UK provided a bespoke set of Thermofoil PRO underlaminate foil heating mats with a custom output of 100W/m2.

Econoscreed concrete overlay boards were installed on top of the heating system to provide a floating, smooth and stable substrate to adhere the final engineered timber floor finish.

Thermogroup UK specifically manufactured Thermofoil PRO underfloor heating mats at 100w/m2 to enable the underfloor heating to be installed despite the restricted power supply.
