Underfloor heating

Isowarm underfloor heating is an advanced warm-water floor-heating system; specifically developed for use with Isocrete K-Screed or flowing anhydrite screeds.

Cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) pipes, with integral oxygen-diffusion barrier, are installed without joints below the floor surface. High-quality brass distribution manifolds with balancing-flow meters, actuators and room thermostats allow control of individual rooms or zones as required. Pump-controlled units control the temperature and flow for water to the floor-heating system.

Special castellated-system boards allow the pipe to be installed accurately and held securely prior to screeding whilst providing thermal insulation and an integral vapour barrier.

Flowcrete provides a full advisory, design and technical support service. Each project is custom designed and full documentation is supplied to ensure a successful floor heating project.
