The Solid Wood Flooring Company were asked by Johnson Naylor to create a special colour and finish for a large residential tower just south of Blackfriars Bridge.

The Solid Wood Flooring Company provided the designers with a virtual prime board with a light fumed greyish colour. Straight board for the internal apartments and parquet for the outer curved window apartments.

The finish used Raw Timber Oil to prevent the fumed wood from darkening. This created a unique product, retaining its final fumed colour.
