Sash window specialists Ventrolla has offered its royal touch to the transformation of a Georgian mansion, The Grove, into several modern apartments. Around 30 sash windows were renovated and installed with the unique Ventrolla Perimeter Sealing System, which seals the gaps surrounding the sashes to eradicate draughts and rattles. The system can also help to reduce external noise.

Originally built by members of Kate Middleton’s family, the developers were keen to keep the period features of the listed property. Only one window needed replacing and three new openings were put in place to help transform the property into six modern, luxury apartments.
