This residential development required good thermal efficiency and easy installation for the 168 falts and houses, leisure centre and community facilities. Aggregate Industries were chosen to supply their Masterlite Pro products due to their lightweight nature assisting with manual handling restrictions. This meant that quicker installation was possible. The Masterlite Pro blocks also improved the thermal efficiency of the houses and leisure facilities over standard dense products.
