Water Storage

AquaTanks are moulded in one piece using GRP materials as approved by the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme. Built to BS EN 13280.2001. All tanks and lids are pre-insulated with 25mm (.85/mil'C) C.F.C free foam fully encapsulated within the laminates are standard. 50 mm and 75mm insulation is also available on request.

Internal tank surfaces in contact with water are Isophthalic/Vinylester Gel coat. This ensures that harmful bacteria and algae are not offered a surface to adhere and multiply. Gel coats and pigments used to colouring are lead free.

The tanks come in 90 to 4,500 litre sizes and tanks with capacities over 1,000 litres or height above 1,200 mm will include integral box section steel reinforcement encapsulated within the laminated, this preventing corrosion.
