Comprising of exclusive apartments and duplexes, Waterloo Terrace is a new build development completely suited to its location in the heart of Islington. Both the client and the architect wanted a terne coat steel roof, but due to budget restraints an alternative had to be found.

The Bauder Thermofol U Single Ply Membrane was a competitively priced solution which gave the main contractor, Aitch Construction the durability they were looking for, whilst achieving the exact required appearance of a steel roof.

Thermofol U is just one of the Single Ply Roofing Systems available from Bauder. Its light grey surface colour is highly solar reflective making it resistant to UV damage, whilst polyester cross weave reinforcements makes it particularly resilient to tears and punctures.
