Weetabix, the leading breakfast cereals manufacturer have just completed a major refurbishment of several washroom areas and chose Bushboard Washroom Systems Quadro cubicle range for the project.

The refurbishment, which was overseen by Project Engineer Ron Johnson, is part of a drive to help improve energy efficiency. Mr Johnson explained, “Refurbishing the washrooms has meant we are able to introduce timed lights and automatic taps as well as benefitting from the stylish Quadro cubicle range and semi recessed vanities.”

With over 1,000 employees based at the Northamptonshire site there are several washroom areas and the machine operators in AP6 got the chance to choose the colours for their new washrooms themselves. “We wanted the staff to get involved in the project and they have chosen a splendid colour scheme of Lime and Cobalt from the great choice available.”

Mr Johnson continued, “We have also had some of the office areas refurbished with Bushboard Quadro cubicles, panelling and vanity units in a combination of Greens and Greys and are really pleased with the finished result."

The Quadro range features a unique quadrant shoe for pilasters with the same design mirrored in a continuous headrail. The range is also available with Bushboard’s unique optional privacy skirting and lower floor clearance to doors, both designed to meet the growing requirement for added privacy in the washroom and providing added stability where needed.
