West Ham Live

During the Olympics Pavegen captured nearly 1 million footsteps, through their online data centre where they recorded wirelessly every step.

Pavegen tiles were placed along the path where West Ham tube station connects to the Olympic Park.

They incorporated brand new wireless communication technology into the tiles, and streamed live data to see how much renewable energy was being generated by the visitors using the walkway.
