PVC-U for heritage projects?! Swish Building Products tackle the sceptics

Challenge Swish! Exhibiting on stand N1110/11 the company aim to prove that modern materials can work hand-in-hand with traditional design at this year’s show. Swish are showcasing their PVC-U Tudor Board as part of a heritage display. Also part of the display are a ball finial and bracing bar, a concave decorative roofline with trims and a new cast effect Ogee gutter system with unique down pipe castings.

Visitors to the stand will have the opportunity to hear the benefits of specifying and installing PVC-U products while exploring the wider options available to them; from spires and finials to concave and convex roofline components.

Glazing Vision at Ecobuild 2014

Glazing Vision will be focusing on thermal efficiency on stand S748. The company will be showcasing its range of contemporary fixed and opening rooflights at the event. On display will be two examples from their new range of products with improved thermal performance.

The company’s focus on improved thermal efficiency has been driven by the new Part L building regulations that will come into effect on 1 April 2014. Glazing Vision can provide supporting documentation including full thermal calculations, to back up their performance claims for all of their rooflight range to demonstrate that they can exceed building regulation requirements.
