Offering the architect complete flexibility in space management, with the ability to include all essential services in one single unit, the foil’s stylish design helps create a more appealing ambience with an uncluttered ceiling.

Reducing energy consumption through lighting control, foil maximises the use of daylight and creates a brighter and more productive learning environment. With absence and brightness detection systems available luminaires can be switched on and off as rooms are in use and automatically dimmed as natural light increases.

Allowing easy integration of services three segregated cable ways incorporate luminaire control, data and power services. The luminaire infill panels can also be modified to incorporate items such as speakers, smoke detectors, fire alarms, and sprinkler heads.

Moreover, utilising Zehnder’s radiant heating technology to create the perfect indoor climate, foil can include a radiant heating panel to provide a highly efficient, safe and exceptionally responsive heating and cooling system.

Fully compliant with DfES Bulletin 93, foil has been designed with integrated panels which are filled with anechoic material to reduce reverberation. This negates the need for additional costly acoustic cladding and helps speed up building time.
