The highway, which connects São Paulo to the Port of Santos, one of the busiest roads in Brazil has a total of 3,700 linear meters of Kompaqdrain channels.
The cost of the drainage was reduce by 30% compared to what was originally planned.
And this is because we installed a smaller channel with the same hydraulic capacity, thanks in part to the MAX FLOW system that is exclusive to our KOMPAQDRAIN channels.
What does Max Flow® consist of?
This system is based on the curved design of the inlet orifices of the drainage channel which, together with its non-slip and water-directing surface, helps to increase the water velocity and the drainage capacity of the channels, and with a greater width at the bottom of the inlets it decreases the risk of blockages.
In this way, the hydraulic efficiency of the channels increases, and you can use channels of a smaller section with the consequent cost savings.
This range is specifically designed for areas with high traffic density. The compact channels provide greater safety as the grating and the channel are built in to one piece.
