The Fellows Project
This project was commissioned and directed by the owners of the property Peter & Lea Fellows. Whilst having the desire to build their dream home from the ground up, they also envisaged being able to take their home to the next level by including a degree of "smart technology" inside the design.

The Blunsdon House Hotel Project
An external lighting company had inially been chosen to design and supply all lighting for this project and wanted to switch the lights through a simple and seamless panel. It was decided that Niko would be the best installation to offer a seamless switching experience, as well as giving total control of the system.
