Langley provided an innovative and durable roofing solution for the Northampton International Academy.

Langley Approved Contractor, Ice Roofing and Cladding Limited, completed the refurbishment of all roof areas to an excellent standard. The renovation required extensive collaborative working and co-ordination throughout the project.

Most of the roofed areas had raised parapets which required skilful detailing. One of the larger roofs was covered with a waterproofing system in preparation for paving slabs, including a large podium area at the rear of the building.

The completed roof project now benefits from sustainable solar panels and the building has resulted in several impressive architectural features, including a 400-seat theatre, rooftop sports hall and classrooms designed for out of hours use by students.
