Originally specified as a cast in-situ unit, two of Althon’s SFA27A Headwalls were recently supplied to the Ouse & Humber Drainage Board at Blacktoft & Laxton Pumping Stations.

PN16 Flanged HDPE/SS316L Flap Valves for pumping applications were supplied and fitted to both openings in each Headwall, threaded sockets cast in during manufacture provided fixing points and the same configuration of fixings were cast into the rear of the Headwall allowing direct connection of 600mm ID Ductile Iron Pipe.
