J Tomlinson was tasked with refurbishing the interior and adding extra living spaces, while focussing on site-wide accessibility. In order to create a warm and welcoming feel, the interior design team chose the realistic oak grains and neutral tones of Sun Bleached Oak from Amtico’s Spacia collection of Luxury Vinyl Tiles.

LVT was chosen for use throughout the village in order to transform the space into a more inviting environment for residents to spend time together, without sacrificing practicality or durability. Amtico LVT provides easy maintenance while offering R10 slip resistance to help prevent slips and falls.

As the project was delivered and completed with the residents in place, it was vital that any disruption was kept to an absolute minimum. Thanks to Spacia’s short lead time, J Tomlinson was able to complete the project on time and in budget.
