Automatic and fixed bollards
Heald’s new HT2-Matador surface mounted sliding bollard system is an evolution of our groundbreaking HT1-Matador. It is perfect for sites where even a shallow mount is impossible and has been IWA-14 tested to halt a 7.2 tonne truck travelling at 64 kph (40 mph).
The HT1-Raptor combines the security of a roadblocker with the flexibility of a bollard. In PAS68 and ASTM tests, it halted a 7.5 tonne truck at 80 kph (50 mph). The Raptor can be used as a single unit or as part of an array to secure a wider entrance.
The crash tested automatic rising bollards are ideal for locations where a more architecturally sensitive security solution is required. Rising to a height of 640 mm or 800 mm, they halted a 6.8 tonne truck travelling at 64 kph (40 mph) in the US K8 impact test.
Heald's new Hydra control and monitoring system offers unprecedented levels of interaction with all of our automatic bollards through a simple, streamlined interface. It offers push-button control as well as remote access via a tablet app, SMS or PC.
Heald also offer a range of fixed bollards including the HT1-Fixed Matador surface mounted bollard system, the shallow-mounted HT1-Fixed Raptor, the Mantis shallow mounted static bollard and the HT-1 Sparta.
