Automatic swing doors for A grade II listed building

Automatic swing doors for A grade II listed building

TORMAX has provided a Bronze Metal Antique finish entrance screen and set of automatic swing doors to the main entrance of the grade II listed No 7 Savoy Court.

The original aesthetics are maintained thanks to the in-house designed TORMAX iMotion 1401 door operator that is cleverly concealed within the floor space. No.7 Savoy Court occupies a commanding and prominent position on the Strand and the recent high quality refurbishment, carried out by main contractor Scott Osborn Ltd, complements the building’s architectural heritage.

The stylish reception features a tasteful communal seating area and is maned 24hrs a day whilst the upper floors have been comprehensively refurbished to provide grade A, flexible, efficient office space with excellent natural light suitable for a wide range of occupiers.

Simon Roberts, MD for TORMAX, said:"The design of our door drives significantly extends their lifespan, whilst reducing ongoing maintenance. Because of this it is entirely practical to install the 1401 operator in a steel box beneath the floor, safe in the knowledge that access should only be required on rare occasions.”
