BritFab Ltd have been tasked with supplying and delivering their BF4 Aluminium Rainscreen panelling for 8Nr Blocks of Penthouse and Sky Villa residences on the North Docklands site in Dublin, one of the largest projects began in 2019 in Dublin.

The Dublin Landings Development positioned on the North Quay has drawn its inspiration from the fabric of Dublin with its rich industrial heritage of the Docklands. The design has been infused with Scandinavian Architecture and Brooklyn loft-style design, providing squares of curated wild landscapes nestling between bustling streets of restaurants, cafes and stores.

BritFab Ltd have been working closely with Mosco Group over the last 9 months to assist in delivering 3mm thick Aluminium BF4 system panels with 8Nr variable colours from IGP special range of colours.

Each Block has its own individual colour pallet, varying panel set outs and specific detailing. Main Vertical Panels vary in module height from 1500mm up to 4350mm high x between 250mm to 700mm wide. Panels are producing using our 9000mm pendulum machine.
