Chilstone, makers of handcrafted architectural stone and garden ornaments in Royal Tunbridge Wells, are celebrating 65 years of excellence. Their cast stone has been professionally hand made in Britain for 65 years, with pieces commissioned and sent to clients all over the world.

Chilstone have had many things to celebrate over 65 years in business. Last year alone, their stand won a 5-star award at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Chilstone also supported local charities, ellenor and The Hospice in the Weald, (their stone literally supported the horse statues in the Herd of the Hospice campaign with our bespoke plinths!) and to their surprise, in November Chilstone were excited to have their Kensington Planters featured in the official Royal Engagement photos with HRH Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

2018 is set to be a busy but exciting year. Chilstone are hosting a Chelsea Preview evening on 18th April at the Tunbridge Wells Spa Hotel for an exclusive behind the scenes view and planting tips, with talks from award winning designer John Everiss and show garden plant supplier How Green Nursery.

Chilstone are also proud to be back at the Chiddingstone Literary Festival as sponsors for the inspirational Children’s Laureate, Lauren Child on the 7th May. After a successful 2017, Chilstone are exhibiting once again at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show (stand PW/607). They are also opening their grounds to raise funds for ellenor as part of their Glorious Gardens events on 14th July with classic cars and cake.
