A wide range of pressed and cross-pressed gratings are available for wall cladding and screening, where through-ventilation is required.

The pressure locking process produces an extremely aesthetic, high quality grating with perfectly formed intersections, making them particularly suitable for architectural applications. Products are made entirely from flat bars of either equal or unequal section.

Framed panels up to 2,000 x 2,000mm max. are supplied fully-finished with bracket fixings or holed for bolting into a secondary framework.

Pressure locked gratings can also be supplied in stainless steel or aluminium.

Panels can be designed to accept the horizontal loadings for pedestrian barriers (BS 6399-1:1). Small aperture gratings can be supplied to meet the anti-projectile safety standards of Network Rail.

Panels are hot-dip galvanized before optional polyester powder-coating in any RAL colour.
