Lang + Fulton

The Lang + Fulton (formerly Orsogril UK) range of high-quality electrofused gratings provides an aesthetic and economical solution for wall cladding and screening with a manufacturing process capable of producing extra large sized panels.

Lang + Fulton (specialises in the supply of bespoke panels for covering large areas such as multi-storey car parks. The panels can be designed with different styles of frame to create either a visual accent or a continuous screening effect. Panels are custom-sized up to 4,000 x 1,863mm max. and supplied fully finished with bracket fixings or holed for bolting into a secondary framework.

Apertures: Stereo-2, Stereo-3, Stereo-4, (62 x 132) with 25x2, 25x3 or 25x4 bearing bar; Piazza-25 (25x25), Piazza-44 (43x44), Piazza-66 (63x66), Piazza-132 (126x132); Terra-15 (15x76), Terra- 25 (25x76), Terra-34 (34x100); Micro-15 (76x15), Micro-25 (76x25) or Mircor-34 (100x34mm)

Panels can be designed to accept the horizontal loadings for pedestrian barriers up to a 3m span to BS 6399-1. The rigidity and durable construction of the gratings requires no extraneous bracing.

Panels are hot-dip galvanized before optional polyester powder coating in any RAL colour.

Corona is a brand new product particularly suitable for wall cladding applications. Corona Air has perforated louvres for increased ventilation and natural daylight.

The louvre profile has been designed for direct fixing through the front of the panel to a solid substructure for considerable cost savings. Alternatively, panels can be fixed to a secondary steel framework.

The louvres are made from 1.6mm gauge steel and the curved profile was developed to provide exceptional intrinsic strength.

Panels can also be fitted to RHS posts to create a free-standing screen.

Standard or custom width panels can be seamlessly stacked to clad large surfaces.
