A detached private residence was improved further with the addition of a large ground floor extension, which opens up onto a stunning patio area all overlooking the picturesque Kent countryside.

To complement this extension, Guttercrest provided Aluminium products to make a contemporary feature look to the property, Aluminium is easy to install, low maintenance, environmentally friendly, sustainable and lightweight yet very robust.

To create this unique look the homeowners chose bespoke Bullnose Facia / Capping, Arrowhead Interlocking Soffit Planks and Round Downpipes and AliFabs Crest Copings.

All products were polyester powder coated in RAL 7012, Basalt Grey.

These products were manufactured in Guttercrest’s Shropshire headquarters, with 200,000 sq ft of space dedicated to manufacturing high quality Aluminium products.
