DrillFast® Lacquered is a range of low-profile fasteners with highly durable powder-coated heads available in virtually any colour.

They are perfect for any roofing, cladding or façade projects where aesthetics are important – and because they are available in A4/316 and A2/304 stainless steel, there is a DrillFast® Lacquered fastener suitable for virtually every environment, including extreme environmental conditions such as marine locations.

Advanced manufacturing techniques ensure that DrillFast® Lacquered delivers superior drilling and tapping performance and achieves consistently high pull-out and shear values.

DrillFast® Lacquered are coated in-house enabling a fast turnaround between order and delivery.

• Any colour: with over 400 colours in stock, DrillFast® Lacquered is available in almost any RAL or BS colour to complement a huge variety of different façade, rainscreen and cladding materials.

• Superior Drillpoint: sophisticated manufacturing processes weld a carbon steel drillpoint to the stainless-steel body. The hardened drillpoint pierces and taps into the metal substrate, pre-forming the material for the stainless thread, ensuring the fastener is totally secure while maintaining its inherent corrosion-resistance properties.

• Drillpoint size and thread ratio: engineered to ensure maximum thread grip and deliver the highest level of pull-out performance without damaging the build-up.
