Easyflow achieves ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification

Easyflow has achieved ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification. The ISO 9001 is recognised worldwide as the international benchmark for quality within an organisation.

By achieving the ISO 9001 certification, Easyflow are able to demonstrate to customers and suppliers that the systems they have in place meet the high standards set out by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO).

To gain the ISO 9001 certification, Easyflow had to demonstrate our dedication and commitment to meeting their customers’ needs, operating efficient management processes and delivering consistent, good quality products and services.

Each year, an external Audit is carried out by a third party to ensure the company’s systems are maintained and any non-conformances are noted for correction.

Managing Director of Easyflow, Richard Timmis, said: “we plan to use our ISO 9001 accreditation to boost customer confidence and to demonstrate that we are a company with quality processes in place.”

Easyflow is committed to improving quality and embeds this within all facets of the business from streamlining office processes down to improving the efficiency of the services they offer their customers.

Stephen Carter, the QMS Consultant who assessed Easyflow for the ISO 9001 certificate, said "Easyflow had most of the business processes for the Standard already in place. Together we enhanced their existing systems and introduced new documentation which will provide opportunities for continual improvement – an important part of the Standard".

Stephen added that Jennifer Jones, General Manager at Easyflow, "was particularly helpful in providing information to enable the Quality Management System to be written".
