Actis insulation has created a new role for a national specification manager following its expansion into the volume house building market. Matt Rhodes, who was previously sales manager for the North West, will now work directly with some of the UK’s biggest house builders as they begin to specify the NHBC accepted Actis Hybrid range which recently achieved LABC Registered Details.

In addition to Matt’s promotion, Actis has also appointed a new North East sales manager. John Balance’s role will consist of working with leading merchants including Jewson and insulation distributors including The Sheffield Insulation Group, Encon and Minster as well as builders and architects to continue Actis' significant growth in the region over the last 12 months.
