Fischer Facade Systems
RJ Facade Systems offers a range of products and services that they can offer advice on based on your cladding material and weight. . The Face-Fix system is a common method for cladding made from HPL, and fibre cement materials, such as Trespa, Eternit and Rockpanel. Alternatively, a Secret-Fix system can be used, if the panel fixings need to not be seen.
If your cladding material is stone or similar, then the ATK103, systemONE, or systemKERF might be better suited. As they feature horizontal rails, increasing the system’s weight bearing capacity. SystemKERF has been designed and specified to support ornate and shaped stone façade panels, where it is not possible to use Fischer FZP undercut fixings. The stone façade panel is supported using a groove in the upper and lower edge of the façade panel.
The Brickslip system has been designed and specified to support a facing brick finish via horizontal system sections, where a certain aesthetic finish is required. It is suitable as a lightweight and cost-effective option, compared to traditional masonry, and can be fixed to different substrates such as concrete, steel or timber.
All systems will be tailored to your exact project. The engineers at Fischer work closely with our in-house engineers in providing the best solution for your façade system, meeting all requirements provided.
