Established in 2012, following many years experience in underfloor heating, ForceDry is the UK’s leading speed drying and independent moisture testing company. Their unique system solves many of the big issues affecting construction projects and the opportunity to save and even gain time on a build.
Their portfolio of services gives a detailed understanding on the state of poured screed floors, meet high British Standards for screeds, bases and in situ flooring (*BS8204-7) and give better quality assurance.
Independent Moisture Testing
Carried out on site by their trained technicians, they offer an independent report on the moisture content of poured screed floors. Their reports deliver evidence for quality control and the assurance to move forward with a project. We also offer a tailored plan to solve any moisture issues.
Their systems are supplied ready to use and fully set up to meet any projects specific needs. Simple instructions and the easy to follow programme provided means screed can go from wet to dry in as little as 21 days. They run without the need for second fix plumbing.
Commission & Condition floors
This 17 day programme is simple to follow and once complete delivers floors which meet the British Standards for screeds, bases and in situ flooring *BS8204-7. Another quality assurance standard for a company portfolio and another opportunity to avoid expensive remedial work.
Their systems provide consistent, reliable, temporary, background heat on site. Allowing for next stage trades to get on site faster, keep a project safe from freezing without any need for a live core or second fix plumbing.
Versatile & Mobile
Their systems are all mobile and can be moved easily by a single person. Used for various stages of a build and for any purpose they can be used to forcedry wet screed, provide background heat or to commission and condition floors.
