Green Apple Award-Winning School Heated By Maxi LST Radiators

Jaga free-standing LST radiators, which incorporate LowH2O heat exchangers, have been used throughout the new St Bartholomew’s School in Newbury and help the school achieve an energy saving of at least 40% over the requirements of Part L 2006. The school's eco-credentials have recently been recognised with architects Scott Brownrigg winning the Architectural category in the prestigious Green Apple Awards 2011 for the project.

The Green Apple awards are organised by The Green Organisation, an independent, non-political, non-profit environment group. They were established in 1994 with the aim of recognising and promoting environmental best practice among companies, councils, communities and countries. Judges for the awards are drawn from the Environment Agency, the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, the Chartered Institution for Waste Management, BRE and other independent bodies.
