ACO Water Management have installed their ground reinforcement system GroundGuard at Markeaton Park in Derby, as part of a £3.4m restoration project.

3,142m2 of the GroundGuard reinforcement system was installed into the main car park to provide a welcoming green space.

It is a permeable, gravel-filled, ground reinforcement system which acts as a stabilisation tile, this ensures the gravel is held in place and keeps maintenance down to a minimum.

The system is 90% porous meaning it achieves a highly efficient rate of surface water run-off and provides an ideal SUDS solution for the car park.

ACO GroundGuard is suitable for a wide range of applications, including paths, drives, parking areas, and access routes.
