Hambleside Danelaw has supplied its GRP Dyseal roofing system for Fillingham Court in Chelmsley Wood. Bellway Homes and WM Housing worked together as part of the North Solihull Partnership to create a development of 40 one and two-bedroom apartments which were specifically designed to cater for the needs of over 55s.

Hambleside Danelaw was delighted to be involved with the Dryseal specification development from design stage. Paul Davies, Senior Contracts Manager at Avonside, who worked on the project, said "Dryseal was the ideal product on this development due to the speed of installation and its robust nature to endure other trades walking on it daily. Its ease of laying and minimal training required for operatives makes it a cost effective product to add to our other systems. Several other advantages are that it is recognised as a suitable product to use instead of lead on heritage buildings and has a BBA allowing zero falls.”
