Hamilton Smart Lighting Control System
Hamilton Litestat
Hamilton’s Smart Lighting Control is an out-of-the-box plug-and-play intelligent lighting control system that’s easy to install and comes with pre-programmed plates. General day-to-day lighting scenarios, from simple dimming to scene-setting programs, can be set, stored and recalled – all at the touch of a button.
As an entry-level system, it sits under Professional ‘Easy’, where the system needs to be installed by a qualified professional but doesn’t require special tools/software to set up. Once installed, the user can create/recall lighting scenes using wall-mounted control plates or wirelessly via the Hamilton App.
Hamilton’s Smart Lighting Control system enables you to transform a space to suit any mood in all kinds of environments: medium to high-end residential, boutique hotels, restaurants, bars/clubs, museums, as well as entertainment spaces such as home cinemas.
Scalability: Each dimmer pack has 4 channels each rated at 600W – this meets most customer requirements so for simple applications it can work ‘out-of-the-box’. Larger-scale control projects are also easy to configure by simply wiring multiple dimmer packs together: wiring 2 packs together gives you 8 channels, 3 packs – 12 channels, and so on. Simple DIP switch settings allow the installer to link the pack together – no need for specialist knowledge or any programming.
Controllability: Designed for ease of use, customers will love controlling their lighting via the wall-mounted control plates available as ‘capacitive touch’ ‘mechanical push-button’‘ and a new touch screen design in a range of styles and finishes that complements the Hamilton range of decorative wall plates – for that totally coordinated look!
DMX Control option: Creates an RGB colour wash that can work as accent lighting to highlight key features or can be used throughout the space to make it a more relaxing and welcoming atmosphere: reds help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with blues evoking calmness.
Blind Control: as well as lighting control, the system can be configured for blind control throughout a property – a valuable addition in response to current building trends of floor to ceiling glazing.
