February 2017 saw Lami Doors UK Ltd exhibit their Specialist Hygienic GRP Doors at the Africa Healthcare Summit held at the Olympia Conference Centre in the heart of London. The event, held on an annual basis provides opportunities for businesses, allied to the healthcare sector, to network with key decision makers across Africa.

The 2017 event was attended by more than 750 people including, Distributors, Ministries of Health, Hospitals, Healthcare Providers, NGO’s and Medical Device Manufacturers, with many from Europe and America as well as the target market, this being, the Africa Nations.

The two day event attended by the Lami Doors team of Sales Manager, Leroy McKenzie & Export Manager, Western Europe, Hans Naupert, comprised of Seminars, Networking Sessions & Exhibitions and it was the latter of these where Lami Doors sought to showcase their products.

Leroy McKenzie, sales manager at Lami Doors, said "many samples of our products were on show during the Summit including scaled down versions of our doorsets, specifically modified to show sections through the door. We showed various door frame material and design options from aluminium to GRP and Stainless Steel. All of these items were very well received by those who attended our stand so we were very pleased with the interest expressed and the contacts gained as a result”.
