Cowlin Construction, part of the Balfour Beatty group, specified Lusso to provide the double glazed frameless partitions with integral dry joint ghost post mullion and frameless glass doorsets for The Pavilions in Bristol.
The £10 million overhaul at the head office of Computershare involved the complete refurbishment of the offices, meeting rooms and reception area. Employees also benefitted from a new restaurant, cafe and staffed gym.
This is the first major refurbishment of The Pavilions since it was built in the 1970s. The building, comprising ten extensive and self-contained office spaces, was Bristol’s first sustainable building and holds a commanding view from Bedminster Down out over south Bristol and Ashton Court.
