Marley Alutec’s Evolve rainwater and Evoke eaves solutions ranges were used for the renovation of PA Housing’s The Fairway.

The renovation of the three-story building in West Mosely included the replacement of the rainwater system and fascias and soffits.

Marley Alutec’s Evolve deepflow round guttering and Evoke fascias and soffits were used, as the aluminium systems have a life expectancy of up to 50 years or more.

They are highly corrosion resistant, meaning they will never rust or need re-painting.

The Evoke range is also available in a choice of 12 PVDF paint options, which include Nano surface technology, resisting the build-up of dust, grime and algae.
