Marley Pushes The Envelope Solution At Ecobuild

Marley Pushes The Envelope Solution At Ecobuild

Marley, leading provider of roofing and facade systems, will be unveiling a comprehensive range of architectural facade solutions at this year’s Ecobuild, stand N1230.

Headlining the display will be Equitone, the new international umbrella brand for their architectural fibre cement facade materials.

As part of showcasing the Equitone facade offering, Marley will be unveiling a selection of new colours recently added to the range.

Equitone brings together the ranges Natura, Tectiva (formerly Eter-Color), Textura and Pictura to give these architectural materials an identity that is recognised by specifiers as the material of choice to achieve appealing and inspiring buildings.

Visitors to the Marley stand will be able to view a selection of facade colours, textures and surface finishes, highlighting the unique nature of fibre cement. These characteristics provide specifiers with the ability to design buildings that appeal to clients and users as well as being low maintenance and sustainable.

Alongside this will be a demonstration of BIM Space, a new set of free to download Building Information Modelling (BIM) objects. The programme offers a standard range of build ups for the Equitone architectural fibre cement facades range, helping specifiers create developments faster, more economically and with less environmental impact. Marley fibre cement slates will also be launched on BIM Space at Ecobuild.

“Our new Equitone architectural facades will be headlining our stand at this year’s Ecobuild as we highlight how it provides specifiers with a technical and visual facade solution,” said Diana Bullock, Campaign Manager at Marley. “There will be much for visitors to see on the stand as our new BIM Space takes into account all our latest facade developments. We will also highlight the versatility of our fibre cement materials with furniture used on the stand created from fibre cement.”

Specifiers looking for a fibre cement facade solution that can help contribute to meeting the Code for Sustainable Homes requirements, zero carbon, or higher BREEAM ratings levels, will be able to discuss their requirements with a Marley technical advisor who’ll be on hand to give helpful and practical advice.

To find out how Marley architectural facade solutions can help you create inspiring, sustainable buildings, visit stand N1230. Ecobuild takes place between 5th-7th March 2013 at ExCeL in London.
