Med24 have experienced a 400% growth in just three years, so now they use Kardex Remstar’s automated storage system to guarantee cost efficiency, speed, and customer satisfaction.

In order to increase the warehouse capacity, Kardex Remstar installed a total of 9 Megamat RS 350’s. Since then, Med24 have optimized their floor space by storing 90% of their products (9,000 articles) in a 200m2 picking area.

Kardex’s Power Pick Global, with the colour picking option, has allowed them to increase their efficiency by picking up to 50 orders simultaneously thus reducing picking time by 60%.

The ease of use has meant new staff are trained quickly, reaching full picking speeds after just 2-3 hours instead of 2-3 months.
