The updated requirements in Regulation 7, Approved Document B, MHCLG guidance and BS8579, create the challenge for Architects and Specifiers to source decking suitable for high-rise and high risk balconies and terraces which achieves the requirements of European Classification A2-s1, d0 or Class A1, classified in accordance with BS EN 13501-1:2007+A1:2009.
