Due to the nature of the site, a solution was required to install larger sized pipework without the use of heat. In addition, the site is situated close to the coast so corrosion was also a notable factor when choosing the correct piping system.

VSH XPress integrated piping system was specified for the replacement of the 2 x CHUs and 1 x AHU. The installation of the VSH XPress piping system carried out by M&E contractors Dodd Group was noted for its speed, cleanliness and ease in which it seamlessly integrated stainless steel fittings from 3” through to 6”.
