Armourcoat polished plasters are celebrated for its smoothness, lustre and decorative richness. They give sumptuous, enduring finishes which can be enhanced by a host of textures and colours, thereby blending or contrasting with any setting, whether classical or modern. Emulating quarried stone such as marble and limestone is achieved easily, convincingly and cost-effectively – particularly for columns and curves – and with significantly less weight.
The incredible hardness and durability of Armourcoat polished plasters ensure years of maintenance-free service with no fear of cracking or fading. What’s more, the unique Armourcoat aesthetic will ensure the material remains a cut above the more usual internal decorative finishes. Once applied, no maintenance is required other than periodic dusting and polishing. Armourcoat polished plasters are supplied and installed by trained applicators in order to maintain strict standards of workmanship and allow the company to offer a 10 year guarantee.
Armourcoat works with designers to create customised polished plaster finishes or to match their requirements from its unrivalled Selector Range, developed as the solution to most polished plaster specification requirements and the largest range available in the world today.
The Selector Range comprises of different finishes; Smooth, Spatulata, Armuralia, Pitted Dragged and Travertine, each available in an extensive range of colour. These finishes can be used individually, in contrast or combined with blockwork, logo or banded techniques to create a range that is limited only by the imagination. Pitted or Dragged finishes can be further enhanced by the application of a Colourwash resulting in two-tone effects.
