In a recent customer satisfaction survey sent out to their existing customers, Franke Sissons scored over 95% satisfaction when customers were asked about key deliverables such as how easy they are to deal with, value for money and quality.
Furthermore, over 99% of respondents stated that they were satisfied but mostly more than satisfied when asked about the helpfulness and knowledge of their staff. The survey goes into specific detail around a number of themes such as Customer Service and External Representation, Estimating, Invoicing and Communication. Conducted each year, the survey is an opportunity for the Chesterfield based company to collate feedback from customers to understand their experience in dealing with them.
