Renovation projects can benefit from Hörmann's Door of the Year

There is no escape from the fact that we are experiencing challenging times, and this is no more apparent than in the construction sector where not only have we seen a dramatic reduction in new build as the housing market has slowed, but also in the amount of investment in property improvement and renovation.

With this in mind Hörmann has introduced a brand new garage and entrance door package which has been deliberately designed to help support the industry by offering top quality products at a hugely competitive price.

Marketed as its “Garage and Front Door of the Year” Hörmann's couplet is a combination of the “RenoMatic” which is an automatic sectional door, and its “RenoDoor” front entrance door.

The “RenoMatic” is a double skinned, insulated door identical in construction to the Hörmann EPU 40 and it is available in steel or aluminium and comes in a standard size of 7’6” x 7’0” (2286 x 2125). It has high thermal insulation along with quiet door travel and combined with the standard ‘ProMatic’ operators automatic break-in-resistant locking. It is available in three colours; white Silkgrain®, Golden Oak Decograin® and the brand new stylish Titan Metallic Decograin®.

The “RenoDoor” is identical to Hörmann’s ThermoPro entrance door in terms of technology and equipment and is available in a special size of 920 x 2,095mm. It features good thermal insulation due to the 46mm thick door leaf and high security standards thanks to its eight-point locking as standard.

David Newcombe, Hörmann UK's Sales Director Domestic Division and Marketing Manager, said: “Our Garage and Front Door of the Year provides builders and renovators with an excellent opportunity to have top quality products that will add style to any renovation project. Although it’s not only low cost it comes from a company that enjoys a well earned reputation for providing top quality products.”

Both products are also available individually.
