Resin bound surfacing gives access to Bridlington estate

Resin bound surfacing gives access to Bridlington estate

79 square metres of RonaDeck Resin Bound Surfacing was laid to an Access Path on behalf of Hobson and Porter at Pinfold Lane Bridlington.

The landscaping project played a part in the £6.7 million housing development. The development comprised of 48 two and three bedroomed houses.

The two-part resin was mixed with a slow speed drill and paddle before adding it to a large forced action mixer containing the Beige Pearl aggregate blend. After ensuring that the aggregate was fully coated with resin, the RonaDeck Resin Bound Surfacing was spread level at a 15mm depth and smoothed with a steel float. The surfacing was installed around existing ironwork and street furniture.

RonaDeck Resin Bound Surfacing is ready for foot traffic within four hours of application. The entire job was completed in one shift causing minimum disruption to the remainder of the building project.
