Roof tiles: Sandtoft Traditional Clay Range
The Traditional Clay Range has been developed to satisfy the demand for traditional clay roofing. Some products in the range are still manufactured by hand. All tiles are fired using the latest kiln technology. This ensures the highest of standards and consistency, yet still gives a traditional shape and rich colour that will last for generations.
The range includes the Old English Pantile (machine-made), the Greenwood Pantile (hand-made), the Humber plain tile (machine-made), and the Goxhill plain tile (hand-made). The Barrow and the Alban are new additions to the clay Plain tile range. The Arcadia is a machine-made, traditional pantile with a random, reclaimed appearance, typical of an aged and mature roof. The Bridgwater Double Roman is the first such tile to enter mainstream manufacture since the 1950s.
